Removes a Connection’s action grants from a Harbor.

You must be an Organization administrator with permission to edit the Harbor. Use a normal writable API credential, not a Harbor profile credential. Your Organization must have the Harbor Actions entitlement.

Supply the current expected_revision as a query parameter. A stale revision returns 409 Conflict; read configuration again before retrying.

You can remove grants after the Connection stops populating the Harbor, or after the Connection is deleted. The response contains the remaining configured action Connections. This request does not delete the Connection or provider records.
