Lists organizations accessible to the caller.

🚧 Requires partner key

This endpoint is only accessible using partner keys.

The result depends on the caller type:

User-scoped callers receive their current organization.
Partner callers receive the organizations available within their partner scope.
Deployment-level callers may receive a broader organization list, depending on deployment configuration.
