Get Harbor Action Configuration

Returns configured action grants and revisions for a Harbor.

You must be an Organization administrator with permission to edit the Harbor. Use a writable API credential, not a Harbor profile credential. Read-only keys are denied because this endpoint requires Harbor edit permission.

This response includes grants for Connections that no longer populate the Harbor. You can remove those stale grants without reattaching the Connection. Reading configuration does not require the Harbor Actions entitlement.

Use each Connection’s revision as expected_revision when replacing or removing its grants. Configuration responses contain metadata only, not provider credentials or record values.
