List Harbor Action Source Connections

Lists action-capable source Connections that populate a Harbor.

You must be an Organization administrator with permission to edit the Harbor. Use a writable API credential, not a Harbor profile credential. Read-only keys are denied because this endpoint requires Harbor edit permission. Discovery does not require the Harbor Actions entitlement.

A Connection is eligible when it supports actions and is a source of a non-deleted Bulk Sync or Model Sync targeting the Harbor’s backing Connection. Only saved, non-shared Connections in your Organization that you can query are included. Disabled syncs still establish source membership.
