List Harbor Action Configuration Operations

Lists operations and configurable fields for an eligible Harbor action schema.

You must be an Organization administrator with permission to edit the Harbor and query the source Connection. Use a writable API credential, not a Harbor profile credential. Read-only keys are denied because this endpoint requires Harbor edit permission. Discovery does not require the Harbor Actions entitlement.

The Connection must populate the Harbor through a non-deleted Bulk Sync or Model Sync targeting its backing Connection. This request returns operation metadata, not provider records, and does not execute an action.

For a mutating operation, choose input field IDs. For a read-only operation, choose output field IDs and at least one lookup field ID. Required input fields must be included in the grant.
